STEP 1 Season the chicken with 1 tsp of olive oil, Pretty Thai® Green Curry Powder, and a pinch of salt. Sauté the chicken in a sauté pan with the remaining olive oil. When the chicken has browned and is fully cooked, pour in Pretty Thai® Sweet Chili Sauce. Reduce the sauce down until it fully coats the chicken. Remove from the heat and set aside.
STEP 2 Make the salsa by combing all ingredients. Make the sour cream sauce by combing the sour cream and Pretty Thai® Tiger Smirk Sauce.
STEP 3 Assemble the tacos by first heating the tortillas on a griddle. Spread the sour cream sauce on the bottom of the tortilla then top with the shredded cabbage. Add the chicken and a some of the pineapple salsa. Enjoy!
