    Ingredients

    2 dozen chicken wingettes or drumettes (about 3-4 lbs)

    2 tbsp cilantro

    2 tbsp basil

    Pretty Thai® Muay Thai Sauce or Sweet Chili Sauce

    Pretty Thai® Thai Chili Powder


    Directions

    STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 350˚F. Pat dry the wings and place onto a large sheet pan and bake 28-30 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165˚F.

    STEP 2
    While the wings are cooking, chop the herbs and set aside. Once the wings are cooked, remove the pan from the oven and place the wings in a large bowl. Coat evenly with Pretty Thai® sauce and toss with the herbs. Add Pretty Thai® Thai Chili Powder if you’d like a spicier version.

    STEP 3
    Place on a serving platter and enjoy!

    Note:
    If you have a tabletop fryer, the wings can be fried instead of baked. Depending on size of wing, frying usually takes about 7-10 minutes. Wings must reach an internal temperature of 165˚F.
