    Ingredients

    ½ head napa cabbage

    2.5 oz mixed greens

    3-4 radishes

    cucumber

    1 handful mint

    1 handful dill

    ¼ cup shaved almond

    ¼ cup Pretty Thai® Thai Peanut Sauce

    2 tbsp sesame oil


    Directions

    STEP 1
    Thinly slice the cabbage. Cut the cucumber and radish into slices. Chop the mint and dill.

    STEP 2
    Combine the Peanut Sauce with the sesame oil and mix well. Set aside.

    STEP 3
    Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl and mix to combine. Add in the Peanut Sauce dressing to coat. You can add more or less depending on your preference.

    Note:
    You can toast the shaved almonds if desired. To toast bake in a 350˚F oven until they are golden brown. Stir frequently to get an even toast.
