½ head napa cabbage
2.5 oz mixed greens
1 handful mint
1 handful dill
¼ cup shaved almond
¼ cup Pretty Thai® Thai Peanut Sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
STEP 1Thinly slice the cabbage. Cut the cucumber and radish into slices. Chop the mint and dill.
STEP 2Combine the Peanut Sauce with the sesame oil and mix well. Set aside.
STEP 3Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl and mix to combine. Add in the Peanut Sauce dressing to coat. You can add more or less depending on your preference.
Note:You can toast the shaved almonds if desired. To toast bake in a 350˚F oven until they are golden brown. Stir frequently to get an even toast.
