    Ingredients

    1 lb Texas Gulf Shrimp

    1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half

    1-2 tbsp Pretty Thai Muay Thai Sauce, or enough to coat

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1/2 tsp white wine vinegar

    pinch of salt and pepper

    1 tbsp fresh oregano


    Directions

    STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 425˚F. Peel and devein shrimp, removing tails.

    STEP 2
    Mix all ingredients together and bake for 10-12 minutes.

    STEP 3
    Serve with rice or delicious crusty bread!
