    ¼ tsp salt

    ½ tsp pepper

    1 tsp Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt

    2.5-3 lbs pork shoulder

    2 tbsp olive oil

    ¼ cup chicken broth

    ½ cup Pretty Thai® Tiger Smirk Sauce

    ½ cup Pretty Thai® Muay Thai Sauce

    1 tbsp cornstarch

    1 tbsp water


    STEP 1
    Combine the salt, pepper, and Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt and season the pork shoulder.

    STEP 2
    Sauté the pork on the sauté setting in the Instant Pot until brown on all sides. Remove the pork and pour in the stock. Use a wooden spoon to scrape up the brown bits on the bottom of the pot.

    STEP 3
    Next, pour in the Pretty Thai® Muay Thai Sauce and Tiger Smirk Sauce and stir to combine the sauces.

    STEP 4
    Add the pork back into the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes. Release the steam. Remove the pork from the sauce and take two forks to pull it apart.

    STEP 5
    Put the Instant Pot back on sauté setting and let the sauce come to a boil. In the meantime, whisk the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until combined. Once the sauce is boiling add in the cornstarch and boil for about 5 minutes or until the sauce has started to thicken. Turn off the sauté setting and add pork back into pot to combine with the sauce. Serve with a side of cabbage and rice or make a delicious pulled pork sandwich.
