Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (70/30 is best)

1 tbsp Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt

2 white button mushrooms, sliced

2 slices smoked gouda cheese

8 mint leaves

8 cilantro leaves

8 Thai basil leaves

4 hamburger buns

Mayo

Lettuce

1 tomato, sliced

Pretty Thai® Green Curry Sauce

Pretty Thai® Chili Powder - as desired

Directions

STEP 1
Fire up your grill to 400˚F. While the grill preheats, add the Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt to the ground beef, thoroughly mixing to ensure even flavor distribution. Handcraft (8) 2-oz. patties.

STEP 2
Stuff the burgers by placing half a slice of cheese on top of one patty along with 2 mint leaves, 2 cilantro leaves, and 1 mushroom slice. Place the second patty on top of that first patty and squeeze the two patty edges together to form one hamburger patty. Make sure the edges are sealed as one and rounded off. Repeat for the remaining patties.

STEP 3
Add burgers to the grill, cooking on each side for 7-8 minutes for medium “doneness”. Spread mayo on the buns and toast on the grill just prior to removing burgers. Spread another light layer of mayo on the bottom of the toasted bun, and then add lettuce. Place the burger on top of the lettuce, and then pour on the Pretty Thai® Green Curry Sauce. Finish with a sprinkle Pretty Thai® Thai Chili Powder, top with a slice or two of tomato, and 2-3 Thai basil leaves. Serve and enjoy; but be sure to have plenty of napkins close by!
