STEP 1 Cut the broccoli to make 2 cups of broccoli florets. Slice the onion lengthwise. If your cabbage isn't pre-shredded then thinly slice it and set aside. Mince the garlic and chop the green onion.
STEP 2 Add oil to a sauté pan or wok and cook onion, broccoli and garlic. Next add the eggs and cook to over hard. Add the cabbage and stir in.
STEP 3 Add the cooked rice, Tiger Smirk Sauce and Thai Chili Powder. Serve and garnish with green onion.
