    Ingredients

    10 tbsp butter

    1 1/4 cup sugar

    3/4 cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder

    1 tsp Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt

    1 tsp vanilla

    eggs, cold 

    1/2 cup Flour

    Melting Chocoloate

    Candy Eyes

    Brown Sprinkles


    Directions

    STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to 325 ̊F. Combine the butter and sugar in a bain marie. Stir occasionally until the butter has melted. Stir in the cocoa powder and combine well. Next, add in the Seasoning Salt and vanilla extract.

    STEP 2
    Remove the brownie batter from the heat and beat in 1 egg at a time. Fold in the flour and combine until the flour is fully incorporated.

    STEP 3
    Pour the brownie batter into a well-greased (or parchment lined) 8x8 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. You can check the brownies after 20 minutes by inserting a knife or toothpick into the center of the brownies. If the toothpick still has batter on it, then they need to be cooked longer. Once the brownies are cooked remove from oven and let cool before cutting.

    Once the brownies are cool, cut into small squares. 

    NOTE: IF YOU’D PREFER TO MAKE THEM GLUTEN FREE, SUBSTITUTE OUT THE FLOUR FOR EITHER AP GF FLOUR OR RICE FLOUR.
