1 tbsp sage, chopped
2 tsp oregano, chopped
1 tbsp Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt
¼ tsp Pretty Thai® Thai Chili Powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 lb ground pork
3 slices bacon, diced
2 tbsp maple syrup
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 tsp oil
Step 1:
In a large bowl, mix the chopped sage, chopped oregano, Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt, Pretty Thai® Thai Chili Powder, nutmeg, ground pork, diced bacon, and maple syrup. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and form into sausage patties.
Step 2:
Add oil to a large sauté pan and heat to medium. Add in the sausage patties and brown on one side. Halfway through cooking, flip the patties and cook through until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F.
Step 3 (optional):
Make it a fried egg and breakfast sandwich by cooking 4 eggs in a frying pan to desired doneness. Assemble the sandwich with the fried egg, sausage patty, and biscuit.
