Season the chicken with 1 tsp of olive oil, Olde Virden’s Spicy Verde, and a pinch of salt. Sauté the chicken in a sauté pan with the remaining olive oil. When the chicken has browned and is fully cooked, pour in Pretty Thai® Sweet Chili Sauce. Reduce the sauce down until it fully coats the chicken. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Make the salsa by combing all ingredients. Make the sour cream sauce by combing the sour cream and Pretty Thai® Tiger Smirk Sauce.
Assemble the tacos by first heating the tortillas on a griddle. Spread the sour cream sauce on the bottom of the tortilla then top with the shredded cabbage. Add the chicken and a some of the pineapple salsa. Enjoy!
